It took longer than I anticipated to get it ready, yard work inspections and staging but all well worth it. Shari was easy to work with, did most of the leg work dealing with and contacting inspectors and workmen. My house was a bit of a special case one room having been damaged by a tree fall. I decided to clean up the property and the house made secure and safe and try selling as is rather than repairing. Shari was great about helping me navigate all of the details, and also a sounding board as it was a bit emotional having lived there for 18 years. I ended up receiving a very good price for my house - well over asking which completely surprised me. I can only think that it had to do with Shari’s vision to make the property look great and staging the house and studio to look cute and country chic.
